It is a young, dynamic, urban brand, which focuses on high-end materials such as silk, cashmere, leather and wool. Press & Communications Coordinator SCANDINAVIA (m / f / i) 





  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals and define KPIs for the Scandinavian market
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Coordinate public relation activities
  • Deepen existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the Scandinavian media landscape
  • Pitch personality PR related media placements and interview options
  • Create content for press releases, press mailings and brand presentations in close collaboration with Press Manager DACH
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results monthly
  • Evaluate and create opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Gather and save all press clippings and report coverage to business on a weekly and monthly basis
  • In charge of the calendar of all Scandinavian key events and VIP loan opportunities annually



  • Influencer seeding and coordination, including the development of seeding strategy and plan for the Scandinavian market alongside Social Media Strategist
  • VIP relations including dressing and management of loans
  • Showroom and sample management for loans / PR activities



  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
  • Proven working experience in public relations in the Scandinavian market required
  • Good understanding of the Scandinavian market
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
  • Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets in Scandinavia
  • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English
  • Knowledge of the social media sphere
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience in public relations required
  • Hands-on mentality and willing to push projects forward
