Founder and Creative Director Leyla Piedayesh led her brand through the past 16 years to a worldwide successful fashion label. It is a young, dynamic, urban brand, which focuses on high-end materials such as silk, cashmere, leather and wool. Lala Berlin fashion is unmistakable in its cool femininity, whilst being absolutely wearable, which is why it is so highly covered – by individualists as well as international personalities from the worlds of music, fashion and film.

 

For the support of our team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated

 

                         Office Manager (m/ w / i),

                     Marketing · Berlin, Deutschland

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Organisation and supervision of the reception area
• Independent takeover of the entire office organization and administration
• Organization of Christmas, summer party and other internal events
• Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
• Mail and parcel handling
• Scheduling and coordination as well as travel planning for cross-functional teams
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Coordination and managing of the external IT partner
• Budget management of all Office related expenditures

 

Requirements:

 

• Successfully completed training ideally in the hotel or service-industry sector
• At least 3 years of professional experience

• Proactivity, flexibility as well as strong organizational and improvisational talent
• Ability to work in an environment with diverse personalities and shifting priorities
• Resilience and exemplary effect as well as a calm and at the same time binding charisma even in stressful situations

• Structured and independent work
• Secure IT skills: MS Office
• Confident spoken and written English and German
• Fashion affinity
• Driving licence class B
